Associate Social Video Creator

NoGood is hiring an Associate Social Video Creator to make strategy-led short- and long-form video for client accounts.

What you’ll do

• Create TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn video from concept through iteration.
• Film, edit, and appear on camera for client-brand content.
• Adapt long-form content into platform-specific clips and series.
• Study performance data and participate in content planning and strategy.
• Work with strategists and external creators to improve execution.

What you bring

• At least 1–3 years creating social video.
• On-camera confidence and proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
• The ability to follow briefs while contributing a creative point of view.

The role begins with a 60-day contract period and is intended to transition to full-time employment if there is mutual fit and strong performance.
