Common Thread Collective is hiring a DTC Growth Strategist to turn financial and media data into profitable growth plans for client accounts.
What you’ll do
- Build forecasts aligned with marketing calendars, launches, and contribution-margin goals.
- Translate forecasts into daily and weekly media pacing.
- Manage and optimize Meta campaigns while overseeing Google and YouTube execution.
- Lead creative-diversification, media, and incrementality tests across client accounts.
- Serve as the primary client growth partner through weekly updates, reviews, and planning sessions.
- Share findings with CTC’s teams and contribute to its growth systems and playbooks.
What you bring
- Four to six years in ecommerce growth marketing with direct account ownership.
- Experience managing more than $100,000 per month in paid-media spend.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta, Google, and YouTube, with knowledge of emerging social channels.
- Fluency in contribution margin, iROAS, forecasting, and incrementality measurement.
