What you’ll do

Script, film, edit, and iterate short-form social video.
Appear on camera and deliver direct-to-camera storytelling for client brands.
Adapt long-form content into platform-specific social clips.
Follow creative briefs while bringing an independent creative point of view.
Work with strategists and the internal team to align content with client goals.

What you bring

At least one year creating social video through freelance, personal, or brand work.
On-camera confidence and proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, composition, pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
Experience working independently and responding to creative feedback.

This is a remote creator network rather than a fixed full- or part-time commitment; NoGood contacts creators when a project matches their skills and style.
