NoGood is hiring a Social Video Creator Intern to make strategy-led social video for client accounts while developing production and performance-analysis skills.

What you’ll do

Create short-form video from concept and scripting through filming, editing, and iteration.
Produce long-form video and adapt it into platform-specific social clips.
Appear on camera for direct-to-camera client storytelling.
Study content-performance data and participate in strategy discussions.
Work with strategists and senior creators on briefs, feedback, and content quality.

What you bring

One year of social-video experience through internships, freelance work, or personal projects.
On-camera confidence and proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
A willingness to learn from performance data and creative feedback.

This is a full-time hybrid internship based in New York.
