SKIMS is hiring a Manager of Affiliate and Performance Marketing Partnerships to lead global affiliate, audio, and YouTube partnership channels.

What you’ll do

Own strategy, execution, and budgets across affiliate, podcast, streaming-audio, and YouTube programs.
Grow content, rewards, and creator partnerships through Impact, LTK, ShopMy, and emerging platforms.
Build testing plans across partners, creative, placements, and commission structures.
Improve attribution and incrementality measurement using surveys, platform signals, and marketing-mix modeling.
Manage agency and platform partners with hands-on oversight of performance.
Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Ecommerce, Analytics, Finance, and Influencer teams.

What you bring

Five or more years in affiliate, performance partnerships, or creator-affiliate marketing.
Deep familiarity with affiliate and creator platforms and customer-acquisition programs.
Experience with audio media, YouTube integrations, and creator partnerships.
Strong command of iROAS, ROAS, CAC, attribution, incrementality, and partner negotiation.

This is a hybrid role based at SKIMS’ Los Angeles headquarters.
