AG1 is hiring a creator-content and video-editing manager to scale performance marketing across Europe and APAC through localized, creator-led video ads.

What you’ll do

Source and manage creators across DACH, the UK, Europe, and APAC.
Turn campaign briefs into creator briefs and manage projects through final delivery.
Edit creator footage into performance-focused ads for Meta and YouTube.
Produce localized variations and iterations for paid-media testing.
Work with Growth, Creative, and Media teams to improve creative volume and quality.

What you bring

Native or fluent German and strong English communication skills.
At least 2–3 years managing creators, influencers, or UGC talent.
At least 2–3 years editing short-form content for performance campaigns.
Knowledge of Meta and YouTube creative practices and tools such as Premiere or CapCut.

This remote role supports the European region and APAC markets.
